Daddy, can I go to Mars someday? by mattj
After showing my 5 year old daughter the first pictures from the new Mars rover, Curiosity, and after explaining that these pictures were taken by a little robot on one of those bright stars in the sky called Mars, my daughter asked me if she could go to Mars too someday. I looked her straight in the eye and told her the honest truth. "If you really want to go to Mars when you grow up" I said, "and you study really hard in school, of course you can go to Mars someday."

Thank you very much! Yeah, I'm really not at artist at all. I was lucky it turned out as well as it did. I appreciate the advice though!

that's so sweet! I have little sisters who want to visit mars! I just want to visit Japan, but my dad says that I must learn Japanese and do good in school. So I am currently learning Japanese! it's a start. Just shows if you dream it you can do it! I wish your daughter the best of luck!
