@Lydi072 So this is gonna sound fairly uncomfortable but it works, get a bowl or sink full of cold water, then you need to put a couple ice cubes in it
@Lydi072 then you are gonna need to dunk your face in for about 30 seconds, put your hair in a ponytail so it doesn't get wet, also there are other ways of doing this if you dont want to
