Step 1. Go to the bottom layer. Hold down > and hover over the skin colour you want. Paint the body in that colour.
Step 2.take out the select and move tool and circle the item you want. Then drag it onto the mannequin.

Step 3. Pick some eyes, a nose, a mouth and blush for your characters face.

Step 4. Give the gal some hair, or not lol.

Step 5. Enjoy! You made a cute cat girl oc!
