this is pretty good !! i think there are three things we need to work on witch is

1 proportions on the face are a little out of wack with the eyes being to close together and as froggy said ears being to small and i think weirdly shaped to correct this i recommend looking up cartoon reference and trace it on a piece of paper then break it down and draw this at least five times the try on ds i think !!

two your times a little slow try to find the core things you need to do and crete a pattern in your layers like
1 sketch
2 lineart
3 skin
4clothes
5hair

3 linart the lineart it bland and and needs better consistentcy (spelled horriblely wrong lol ) like thicker lines were theres darker shadows and thin were highlights !! i think thats al

@zoni_lilly tho I feel lineart is a part of an artists style. Line variation may be what some do but not others. What he's got rn isn't bad at all for his art. I think first one should try doin steadier lines tho ofc have fun with experimenting with the lineart in ones own time. I like my phat lines but also love smooth ones as well. Personal preference imo tho..
(side note: stylized ears for the win all i do are large ovals with a line XD No discredit to anything you said I'm just givin my own thoughts pologies if I've possibly upset ya..)
@Resqwned I believe you feel that way cuz the anatomy is wonky but its still good. Could use face refs from anime, cartoons, photos, etc to understand whats wonky and practice towards gettin better if the wonky bothers ya. Also note for hands as I saw ya try to add one is that they are bout the size of half of a face =w= As ya grow and keep drawing you'll come to a better understanding of the stuffs ya draw and work it into your style ez pz hahah i did not mean to make this so wordy but I wanted to comment on these 'v'
