@Kyrie24 - I not exactly know how to apply the neon effects on her. I just try to make her go under a white glow light. If tat didnt qualify your challenge, i can re-do her.

I still keep the unglow version of her, i would work on some parts of her to look more like korean anime girl. This is still quite far from it.

@Gray_GBC u did manage to get a glow, but u didn't get the 100% neon look.
i love the drawing and i expanded the end date so u would have enough time to do another one. i will make a tutorial on how 2 do it and i will tag u.

@tall73 thanks. When I draw this art, I am thinking of how to make her looks like Korean girl. I focus alot on making eyes and lips more appealing and the skin is fairer.
