@Wind_Waker I watched the play back.
1 draw something
2 duplicate it (By going to layers and selecting duplicate or copy)
3 Use the select move tool and make it slight bigger or smaller than the previous one.
4 continue to duplicate and shrink/grow
5 use the select move tool to rotate it slightly
6 continue to rotate each layer until it looks like a circle
Hope that helps you. Also if you just do random scribbles you can make illusions :3
