I wish I was sleep, honestly. I woke up at around 10 pm, and I haven't been able to go back to sleep. :'(

The painting is basically open to viewer interpretation, but I think it's either tiny people, or normal-sized people on a giant tree and mushrooms. Could go either way. If it's a tiny society, then maybe the population is ants. :P
