My problem is (mostly) my hyperobsessions. They last about up to two months usually, and vary in intensity, but recently they've been a lot more intense than usual. They're really fun at times, bcs I have motivation I wouldn't normally have, but they also impact my life way too much - I might get really emotional (like atm) or really jealous and not want anyone to like the obsession (also atm). This high level of obsession is a lot more common, and my past 2...

... have been ridiculous. Like I said, there are plusses to these, like an increased ability to concentrate on said obsession (I made my longest ever animatic in three days) but they're also really damaging in the long term and make it hard for me to do anything I actually have to do to be seen as a respectable member of society xD

I have a few theories as to why they're so intense, but I can't find out much that's helpful :(
