A butterfly dragon. The butterfly wings were just fantasy, but the flower pedals on the side were inspired by Asiatic lilies. The background is just a google image search of asiatic lilies, made blurry and vague.
I modelled the dragon on a blue bellied lizard, but colored it's back side to look like a green iguana.

I know the contest specifies a place, but whether this qualifies, I thought it might be a good example at the least.

I appreciate your commenting. : ) I understand your parents having restrictions at your age. Mine were the same. It's good to be cautious though. Maybe I coule use a platform your parents would approve of? At any rate, taking advice like that would be categorized as community activities. Whatever the case, I really do hope to brighten some people's lives.

Re: Tysm! And I appreciate your commenting! I did find a color combo that went well, blue and purple (I think it was..)! Gradients are sometimes hard, so I will keep practicing.
Also, you should remove the space in your game-tag. The devs discourage these 'old-style' usernames because they're unable to be tagged.

I do still use my 3DS to draw. I did consider getting Colors on Switch, but decided to put that on hold for now. I'm still charmed by the prospect of 3D drawing, even after all these years.
