the proportions here are nice, the sketch is promising! then it's interesting you started coloring those difficult parts, the teeth, and the chin, both can be done specific to the context, I mean you can make it yourself easier if you work from big to small , and when it's almost finished , finetune those details, let the chin flow with the shape. my workflow is not professional and maybe differnt from your pencil expierence, but I would do things in steps, wait with small details for later, so you can balance the highlight at the teeth, that will be less bright than the nose highlight
