His design grew on me over time
then I saw again in 2022 and thought "hmmm, he looks like the comic relief villan sidekick who messes everything up for the serious villan." Design needs some work, unless I'm going for the confusing fasion look.
Saw it again in 2023 and he looks simultaneously like the straightest and gayest man ever
