This guy has delusions, he belives he's god and he sold he.ll to Google.
If I remember the lore this guy is Silas's twin brother and he basically secretly stalks Silas to make sure he's okay, because he believes he is Silas's guardian angel. Yeah that's some good lore that doesn't make sense, and I did it just because Silas always is fine despite putting himself in danger.
