Yes, I'm totally hyped for gen 9, if you couldn't already tell. :) But I'm also kinda worried that's it's too soon? I hope Gamefreak isn't rushing things. They deserve a nice long break after Scarlet and Violet is released.

@Mewsea I agree. They just released Legends Arceus, Brilliant diamond, shining pearl, so yeah, It better not be rushed. And yep, I'm with Sprigatito (grass kitty) as long as all its evo's are on four legs. I think the story is in spain, but everyone thinks its in italy? What abt you?

I think it's Spain? But I only think that way because everone else is telling me it is, so I don't really know. I don't know too much about other countries and their customs.
I'm excited that Scarlet and Violet will be the first open-world Pokemon games! Apparently Legends Arceus wasn't quite an open-world experience because you were still limited to certain areas of the region. So I'm guessing S/V will let you explore anywhere in the region without restrictions.
