the first step to understanding anatomy starts in shapes, and being able to understand those shapes when being twisted.
i know some people draw with circles n it works for them, but i would say avoid circles.
think in boxes but mainy in triangles.
that later can be rounded off instead.
so if youve yet to sit down and played with basics shapes i suggest you start there! (:
