He was born in a simulation and tried to jump to reality. But... the simulation crashed and he started to glitch.. he used to be Oliver but now.... If you get near him without special goggles, you'll fall into the simulation.. and meet the same fate he did.
In the simulation, he just turned 18. In human years though, he's 90 years old! this is because when he glitched, he got so glitched he stoped growing in age.
