Team Rocket's failed experiment. Jenom escaped from their lab. They took part of Jessie's DNA and combined it with Venom's. Not to mention, they also mixed it with Jynx, Darkrai, Ditto, and Luxray.
This "unnatural" Pokemon is able to make separate copies of itself (which have a mind of their own). Plus it is able to transform. It was first discovered causing chaos. Please see comments for more info.

How many of this Pokemon is unknown. It was only one to begin with, but there have been reports of more than ten sightings. It is highly unlikely those sightings were all due to one individual, due to timing, and the huge amount of distance.
Jenom seems to love causing chaos. It has fooled quite a lot of people with its Human impersonation (due to its power to transform).
One of its favorite pastimes is spooking unsuspecting people. Although is Pokemon (Fakemon) is extremely mischievous....
