im super scared ive been having this bad twitch in my neck like it jerks my head forwa and its gotten worse over the last 2 days i told my aunt and therapi$t about it an they said it was anxiety tics which is kinda hard to believe because they dont happen in big muscles they told me that they was going to get a appointment set up for me and i cant help but feel stressed and anxious i dont want meds im terrified and want to cry i dont know what to do and i just want someone to talk to about this.
