hey i wanna talk about a few things. i feel like as an almost 19 year old who has been on the internet for a while im obligated to help keep minors safe. ive both witnessed and been the victim of a lot of not okay things taking place on the internet as a child, and i want to do my part to make sure others dont have to experience that. i know that hearing older internet users talking about iNtErNeT sAfEtY is a pain and it never seems that deep, but you really do have to be careful. check comments

i wish i had listened to my parents and stayed off the internet until i was ready, but i didnt listen to them. i was taken advantage of lots of times due to being young and naive. if you are on the internet in any capacity as a minor, you need to be careful. dont trust any adults, dont trust overly friendly people claiming to be your age, dont give out personal information. USE THE BLOCK REPORT FUNCTIONS, they are there for a reason. and never let others guilt trip you into letting your boundaries be crossed. even if they threaten to do hurt themself. ESPECIALLY if they threaten to hurt themself. you deserve to exist on the internet safely and without consequence, but that is unfortunately not our reality. if anyone needs anything im here, i love you guys and i wish you well. ill be posting art as usual after this.

ALSO @ MINORS Do not let an adult be your best friend!!!!! If you are 14/16 a 19-20 year old has NO business being in an emotionally close relationship with you. I learned this the hard way. You should never have to feel like their *********.
