It is as PoodleKingdom says. It's adorable and spooky at the same time. Like he's luring a charmander with its disguise to a back alleyway only to trick him and eat him, lol.
But I know Ditto's nothing but a coot wittle baby, so he would never do that. <3
Anyway! Love what you did here, Puzzled! The eyes and graffiti are the best parts!
