What i mean by "the lightning bolts are part of him" is they kinda r part of his identity.
when he was first born, he wasn't a normal baby.. he spawned lightning from his hands and they had to put un-breakable gloves on him until he was 10, just to make sure he wouldn't strike anything by accident. his temper and power made his mother just have to name him lightning. she also bought him cute a accessory, his lightning bolt hair-clip. fun fact, he actually made his shirt.

it used to be a normal shirt, but one day, he got so mad, he struck himself! he was ok tho. his shirt became alive that day.... it was a week after he made the shirt. He also made his leggings.
