For some reason I have forgotten what an injection is... Stupid brain! Like a vaccine? A shot? You don't like needles? I am the same way. But trust me, if you just sit there while they do it, and relax the muscle they are putting the needle into, you wont feel it until the next day. It's not as bad as it seems, I've learned. i listen to my fav band ( van halen ) and usually its works, i usually think about my crush:) and one shot is nothing! i had 5 shots! 2 on my left and 3 on my right arm! and another 3 wen i was little, so i would suggest is too listen to some soothing bands and not hardcore, but if all of this doesnt work....
