This is a picture of Duskull from generation 3 in the Pokemon Series. Duskull came out in the games of Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire in the late 1990's. This is a ghost type pokemon that evolves twice, once by level up to a specific level, and once more being traded away. Duskull's final evolution came out in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl in the early 2000's. So, you didn't have to trade Duskell away in generation 3.
