Rise of the Pikazard by Abstract_Mazie
When an evil organization (Team Genetic) moves into Thunder City; all chaos breaks loose. It turns out their genetic experimentation went horribly wrong. It gave birth to "Pikazard" (A Charizard/Pikachu fusion). If that wasn't bad enough; a long lost sample of Mewtwo's DNA was also added to the concoction.
It turns out, "Pikazard" wasn't what anyone hoped for. Can anyone stop its rein of terror? Or is all hope lost; within the ruins of Thunder City?
