Regarding Playback: I've had enough of holding my DS like a book when painting in portrait format, so I rotated a blank canvas 90 degrees and re-saved it. The top 2 thirds of the canvas should still be viewable during playback, although at an angle.
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

At first glance, I didn't think this was painted by you. Then, I looked at the sign on name and sure enough its you. I really like this portrait. She seems to have an inquisitive look on her face. I need to practice more to attain this level of expertise. Your paintings look more and more naturally painterly and less and less digital. That's a good thing. I'd like to see more female portraits from you. Thank you for posting this.

Thanks a lot, folks. I'll certainly be doing more portraits, now I've found a work-around. Not sure about uploading them though. Don't want to piss Jetboy off! :) @EvilSimon: Based on a photo. @Naughty: Start a new canvas and drop a few pure white strokes down. Save it and then open in an image editor/viewer (I used Irfan). Rotate the canvas/.png 90 degrees and re-save it. Now you can paint portrait format in colours using the more intuitive landscape interface. If you flip the canvas in Colors! and continue painting your strokes will be skewed during playback as the program thinks you're still painting in landscape. When done, rotate the .png back to it's original angle on your PC and save again. Sorted.

@Munin: What work around are you referring to? I viewed your playback on my computer and was surprised that the .drw file knew what orientation to fit the image into the view window. Wait, I think I know what you did. I'll try it and see if it works. :)
