i enjoy worldbuilding so:

Stormeon (Thunder Form) - Water/Electric
When Stormeon’s emotions grow heavy, it changes to this form, where electricity crackles in its cloud-like mane. It’s still a well-meaning pokémon, and will never strike its trainer.

Stormeon (Clear Form) - Water/Flying
Originally classified as Cloudeon, this pokémon boasts a very light and fluffy mane reminiscent of clouds.

Ability: Storm Drain
Evolves from Eevee after being leveled up when it is raining/storming in the overworld.
A Soothe Bell keeps it in its Clear form. Otherwise, it will change to its Thunder form after the first turn of battle.
