It's alright. I'm NOT upset, I was just confused. Please don't worry about it.
As for how I draw like this, it depends. Some things I draw from memory, or my imagination, other stuff I draw after observing certain things (like animals, clouds, pictures of characters, etc.) Sometimes I will exaggerate some features. I'm self-taught, but I still have a lot to learn. I found that practice helps a lot. It is helpful to watch replays on here too. :)

I'm not sure how good of a teacher I can be, but I can try. What would you like to draw? Breaking the subject down into basic shapes (at first) can help create the form. Like a circle for a head, and an oval for a dog's body (for a basic example). Then you "sculpt" those shapes into a more realistic shape.
