I spent so long on this… It ate all my free time… Oh well, I enjoyed it though.
This is based on a idea for a children's book I have. It might also be a rare glimpse of any of my original characters. (I might post more art of them later, but I'm not comfortable doing it yet.)

This is so well done! the grayscale gives it a 'classic' feel, the line art is so smooth, and the frames work great

I tried my best with the line art. I was trying to make it look like something one might findin an actual comic book. Because of that though, I can't stop comparing it to something professionally drawn... Also because of wanting to look like professional manga, I only ever pictured it in black and white. Which is a probably a good thing, since doubt I would have had enough time to finish it.
Really glad you like it, and it makes me feel better about the panels. So, thank you.

This is so well done! It looks so clean and smooth like a legitimate comic book. And it's super sweet, when they said the gift was a smile and the reason why, my heart melted.

so impressive!!! as someone who's new to drawing comics this is really inspiring to me<3 i love how you layered panels over one another it's super effective :3 definitely gonna have this in the back of my mind next time i work on a comic page

I spent a lot of thinking on the panel layout, so I'm happy you like it! To be honest though, I can probably count the number of comics I've done on my fingers. So its strange to think that I could inspire someone with one. Even still, thank you so much! 'Tis an honor!
