You could host your own little contest. Maybe something like drawing our sonas as axolotls along with your sona in the image as well? Think that sounds like a cute idea. Though its entirely up to you if you feel thats the way you want to go. Could also do a group image of you and your followers to show how much you appreciate them or even random fanart. There's a lot of things that can be done hope you find what you want to do :)
