@Acchan The reference for the background was a stock photo. I changed a few things about the steps and the angle of the bridge. The outfit is loosely based on a different stock photo just to get an idea of how the fabric would fall. The pose that the stock photo used was not what I was looking for so I had to construct the figure, and struggled with that for some time.
The lighting was influenced by following various watercolor artists lately. I was going for a looser feel using transparent areas of different shades, in some ways similar to a wash. I was not going for a watercolor texture or preserving whites, etc. however, so I wanted the final to still be opaque. I used the hard round brush and tried to overlap the object with the light patches to give more of a loose wash feel

I love the atmosphere the feelings the pathos the lights the mist.
