I agree with the the organizing of the gallery, cut/crop might come in handy every now and then, but I dont see me using it as much, I would love to subscribe to certain people, but as for the spotpass, that might take a long while, I dont see that making it any time soon. Also, 5 layers is already pushing it, I dont see more layers working on this.

Subscribe would be very very very awesome, or a friends list sort of thing... but the subscribe sounds better. Messaging can be done through swapnote so I don't see it as necesary to me. I'm sure the app is certainly pushing the limits with memory on 3ds (undo) so I am sure more layers would make this app more laggy/crashy. Cutting tools could be great but that would make the app step out of the simplicity... I guess if it was implemented in a non confusing way for casuals to complaint. MUST HAVE: Way to leave flagged material visible to the public as long as they have 18plus paintings activated, and that goes to colorslive.com as well! (once something gets flagged, it dissapears from public view.)

Orlando... exactly. Some stuff gets flagged just because it's considered suggestive. That causes the artwork to not get any views at all unless people know it exist through word-of-mouth and go find it in your gallery at colorslive. An update that allowed users that have their profiles unfilthered based on their D.O.B. and choice would be amazing.

YES. I AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE. Mostly the subscribe button, though. And a search function! And perhaps a tagging system! And a way to edit our descriptions. That would be nice.

Here is another good and possible update... They should allow the first 2 or 3 layers out of the five to pop out in 3d. There is depth with colors 3d but you can't make anything come out of the screen in 3d... Stuff could be a lot more fun if you could lets drawings exit out of your 3D screen.

Wow! I'm surprised to see how well this drawing stirred up coversation! (I was away for a few days). All of these comments I totally agree with! 'Gainaxman'- Some very good points, and ideas. I love the "pop out" one. Maybe even give a toggle option for it, like how they did in Super Mario 3D Land; that would be really neat! A search bar, and a flag button would be great for this program as well. All in all, some very awesome ideas! Maybe with an update we'll see some of this in the future... Hopefully... : D

Ok with you ^^ but to have all together it's cool too In my gallery there is the abstract, the cartoon, the portrait, and full the other things ^^ I love to do different things ^^

I guess that´s what we all were thinking... A search button of course and propably a working tag system would be neat too. A gallery organizer should also allow you to put all the pictures of a series (if you´re doing one) or a certain theme into one file... Oh, and of course, the whole flagbing-fiasco that exists now must be solved :P

Oh and maybe also a way to reply to comments. If someone has a question about your painting you wouldn´t have to span over half of the comment box if you want to answer it...

I agree with all of your ideas. I also think Colors should be able to zoom in more and have an intentional animation software, because the kind of animations you can attempt to do on Colors now is a great start, but their should be actual animation options.

I've always wanted a paint bucket. Or, as someone up there said, pressure sensitivity would be nice. Also, what if there was a thing that filtered out comments like "OMG GROSS U PERV" or "im only 8 geez be appropriate!!!1!"?

I agree with most everything above. But I also think we really, really, need some blending tools (like the ones in Painter) as well. They would make coloring & shading things go much faster. Even just one blender tool would make me happy. :(

a comment flagger. because sometimes the painting doesn't show anything but the comments say some pretty 18 content, and then the whole painting gets flagged.

Colors! also need a search bar, straight lines/shapes tool, fill tool, and Colors Friends List that would be different then the actual friends list. That way you wouldn't have "add me blah-blah-blah" paintings. There would just be a button "send friend request" and Ta-da! Along with that, you should be able to see your "Friends' Galleries". Last thing that popped in my head, I think likes and favourites should be separate things, that way when you make contests, you could give likes to all the entries without having those messy drawings in your favourites.

I think mabye a button for when you're uploading for 'Allow copying/ Disallow copying'

colors could use quite a bit, biggest things i can think of would be cut/copy/paste tool, the ability to move layers or selections of a layer, blur/smudge tool, a gradient tool, more layers, and burn/dodge tools. at least as far as the art part goes.
as for the gallery, an organizer would be a great help, as would the subscribe idea. I would personally like to see search/browse filters to search for specific types of pics, like tags i suppose..

and pages on comments so we dont have to push anymore.. lol

I would love to see more of your favourites. You could have pages on it. There could be options that you only show one painting for each user, even though you liked more.

well i only agree with 1on here, the more layers all the others are optional.

A blur tool would be very useful. If seems an essentail for a painting applaction. Some pictures need to use the blur tool. And a tool to crop refrences. It would mean you would not have to keep taking pictures. It would allow us to do close-ups of the Super Mario 3D Land artworks very easily.

Resize tool would be great too, and I love the subscribe -> spot pass idea. But what I think Colors really needs is to be able to play music from your Nintendo sound playlists so you can listen as you draw. (Or just from the SD card if from another program isn't possible.)
