The Monarch is a weapon designed for the Queens most loyal Knights. While it's unknown how many were originally made, only 2 Monarch rifles currently exist. It's believed one still resides in the Queens Royal Armory, and one belongs to Guinevere, widow to the late Knight Tyrus.
