Questions about Colors! Live by Timeslip

After the launch of Colors! Live on September 14, i've noticed a large increase in paintings made on the Switch.
As a 3DS user who probably isn't going to buy the Colors! Live app anytime soon, (I could, but I want to save money) I have a few questions:
1. Will 3DS paintings not show up for people who browse Colors! on the Switch?
2. Likewise, are Switch-made paintings visible on the 3DS?
3. If I do decide to buy Colors! Live with a Sonarpen, will I also need a screen protector?
I realize that I could ask these questions on the official Colors! Live Discord server, but for certain reasons I only wish to ask here for now, and I hope whoever reads this respects that.

3. I can answer that! XD
I don't use a screen protector for my switch lite, but i do have some scratches on the screen (been there since i got the device and the scratches are from my finger) so if you don't have one, no worries, just wash your hands and don't rub snot on your screen!!! *glares at someone i know irl*

as a person with both colors 3d and colors live who has been following the development stuff closely:

3ds users can see switch drawings, and vice versa! BUT, the playback for switch drawings being viewed on the 3ds will almost always be extremely buggy, or even just crash the app and require you to reopen it
switch users can see the playbacks of 3ds drawings mostly fine though, and you can even download your 3ds drawings and continue them in colors live if you want
and uuuh a screen protector is not necessary, BUT highly recommended if you dont wanna scratch your screen. if you draw pretty lighthanded like me it'll mostly be ok but i imagine if you press down hard a lot you'll need a protector

3 it just takes one speck of dirt to get between the plastic disc on your pen and the Switch screen to make some nasty scratches.

I gotta say i'm glad for all the answers i've got here. I was confused about Colors! 3D crashing when I attempted to view the playback on some paintings, not to mention i've been indecisive on getting a screen protector. Y'all have cleared up my confusion on these things. Thanks guys.

For those who are either new or familiar with my profile, stay tuned. I've got posts to be uploaded soon...
