Another raptor! This is Fish and he's been Poe's closest friend since childhood. Poe made him his second in command. Fish is extremely loyal to Poe, and is fully devoted to his cause. But as his lust for revenge grows stronger, Fish begins to doubt whether or not his best friend's actions are justified.
Also, he was named Fish because the first thing he had ever eaten was a fish that his mother chewed up for him, and has loved the food ever since.
