I redesigned Carter a while ago. He's not an android anymore, just a little too obsessed with them.

He looks kinda mean but he treats Jeb well, always fixing anything no matter how small of a problem it is.

He didn't create Jeb, he found him in a bad condition and took him in to help. He always wondered why Jeb was made so realistic but had bright yellow skin. Jeb thinks its cool though
