So this is their bank teller or in this case treasury teller, I don't trust him already. He looks like a combination of Wario and Dr Eggman fused together.

@ShihouxAdventure Somewhat. xD Wario was the main guy I was thinking of for greediness when thinking of a good fit.
But I didn't know he looked that much like him in my first draft, so I tried changing him a bit. ...But that grin and glasses made him look so much like Eggman! x'D

So I decided to put the two of them together. See what hapoens. And I got this. :'D
