Yay... one of my favourite films as a kid. Rob Bottin's effects still look fairly decent by todays standards. There's even a bit of Whitlock matte painting to enjoy! Anyway, this is so nice. Making those big strokes earn their keep.

The Thing is freaking disgusting! But it was a really good movie and the ending was great.

@Luna: Yeah, it's supposed to be a prequel about the events at the Norwegian base. From what I've heard it might even be good (i.e. not as crappy as your average Hollywood remake/sequel)... On another note - nice pic ;)
