Quick backstory: Eskii loves snails, but her family run a resturaunt that's popular for it's escargo, and she is to one day inherit the resturaunt. She keeps trying to find ways to shut the resturaunt down without being caught.
Her best friend is an albino snail called Shell'o.

huh, I actually didn't give it much thought, but it honestly makes a lot of sense so I'll say yeah, their eyes start out like flat, and with age they grow. I'd say about 12 is about the age where they'd reach their maximum lengh.
