Yeah, actually, this is lyrics to one of Pink Floyd's songs: Shine On You Crazy Diamond.
I used the lyrics because I thought they were cool.

Don't worry, I overthink a lot too, I guess the reason I used those lyrics as the inspiration for a painting was because I felt like the lyrics resonated with me.
