I wasn't thinking. Although, if you live in the state I think you live in, any time of the year is a great time to go to the beach. Maybe, you may want to wait until next summer to take a dip in the blue. Wadding in the shallow part is fine all year 'round. :)
Very true, but you see, I'm a bit of a homebody. I'm the worst Californian ever. :|
I do hope to go next year though, I really think my son would enjoy it. :)
It's amazing that one little misplaced comma can make understanding a sentence that much harder...
I've had a gym membership with my husband since the beginning of this year and I've only gone a handful of times...I probably should go again because I always felt energetic afterwards. And lately I just feel so tired and achy all the time and then I don't want to do the things I need to do. And now that the world is piled up, I just feel overwhelmed when I do have energy.
Oops, I'm starting to rant now. Sorry. ^^;
Yeah, I know what you mean. I live in an apartment complex that has a weight room but, I've never gone in to use it. I work third shift so, I don't feel like doing much of anything except sleeping, surfing the net, and working. I even need to start cooking more, too. :)
Which routine? The exercise routine or the cooking one? My main diet consists of white rice, eggs, beef, tuna, and fast food. Oh, and Asian cuisine sometimes. :) Yeah, I've got to start eating a better diet quick.
The routine of sleeping, eating, working, internet.
Well, at least you are getting protein....you know frozen veggies are really cheap and they have no added sodium.
Also brown rice (and other whole grains) is a lot better for you, you just need to cook it longer to make it fluffy like white rice. And then with some reduced sodium soy sauce an it's perfect.
You know, I think I make fairly healthy meals, but I think it's the inactivity that's doing me in. -_-
My husband worked at McDonalds for like a month and while he was there he would bring food home and I couldn't even eat it. I would get so sick from just the "chicken" nuggets. I think I'm just not used to all the sodium and grease in fast food anymore. Which is good, I guess, but not when you need a quick bite.
I rant too much. o_O
If you think you rant too much I'll send you the rest of my previous post via DA. Then you'll see we have much more in common. When you read it you'll understand why I generally write after I'm fully awake and energized as opposed to sleepy and tired.

You've never been to the beach? You've got to go sometime this summer. You'll enjoy it. Just be careful of sharks. They're carnivorous.

Summer is over. It's been rainy and gloomy for the past couple weeks.

Since, I've moved away from the East coast I've gained weight because I'm not as active as I used to be. That will change hopefully soon.

Yeah, and then you start getting into that routine, and it's not always good. It just sort of feels like you're just barely getting by.
