This is SUPER LATE, I'm sorry!!
Um........ It's "This is Gonna hurt you, much more than it's gonna hurt me" by Zebrhead. The chorus can be applied to letting go of anything negative in your life, but it's a breakup song. The verses are sarcastic and salty, but the chorus is such a contrast from that.... IF you listen: be prepared.............
