@tall73 hmm nice story, thanks for asking, there's no exact story actually. lol.
My version: sun is getting hot by the time, then water in ocean evaporate, most of planet surface become dessert, and the wall is to prevent from extreme sand storm. Fishes design is a tribute for extinct animal. For example, Whale were extinct for a long time ago, only exist in ancient journal, same as myth or legend.
