Toru met up with his best friend Hiro ever since they was Froakies. They train together along with his sis underneath Hanzo's training in the ways of Greninjutsu.
Though a bit immature and a bit clumsy at times, he does want to help his friends the best that he can. He goes on an adventure with his friends and family member to stop the evil corporation from turning innocent pokemon into shadow pokemon and from terrorizing the region of Digal.
