I woke up and a heatwave happened or something and I'm dying from the inside, there is also no wind or even breeze

Honestly empathizing with you, we got lucky at the moment, but: it's normally SO HOT here too!
ADVICE?
Um, drink lots of water. If the sun's hot enough, you can take "cold showers" because the water'll be too warm to put you into shock. And SOMETIMES shade outside is better than trying to stay cool inside.. (SOMETIMES being the operative word, if your house is big enough, then you probably(?) don't have to worry about it keeping heat like a tin can.... *cries so horribly*) Yeah, hope it helps... Don't burn!!

I mean, it probably isn't half as bad here than it is where you're from (It's generally pretty cold here), I just don't think I'm used to warmer weather. Also thank you for reminding me to drink more water, lol

oh yeah, and the house's landlord installed this insulation...stuff outside the house a few years back, the house overheats a lot now

Um, then I guess going out for air will help enough! (Don't travel to America's Southern states: it can get SO painfully hot, even for people who're used to it...)

I went outside for a bit, and it was suprisingly cool
(Also lol yeah, if I ever go anywhere it'll probably the cooler places like around Europe)

It hurt. He made salsa with some of them, and even he couldn't take it. The salsa also had ghosts and scorpions in it, so...
