Crimson didn't know were to run but Glory was right, he needed to get away from here, away from Scarlett.

The red king took a step to run, to get away as fast as he could but he stopped dead in his tracks when the unsettling era old voice called out { Solvexsss...}

Crimson Frozen place, a cold chill ran up the boys spin making Goosebumps on his arms and the hair on the back of his neck stand // T-hat voice// it sounded so familiar and yet he couldn't remember heading a voice this evil...

The sound of heavy wet flesh thumping on the smooth crystal floor like heavy foot steps, draw closer. Crimson couldn't move, despite waiting to run something held him in place.

{ Solvexsss... the timesss issss now } the old voice called followed by the sound of a blade raking a cross the crystals behind Crimson { remembersss, remembersss whatsss you must do....}

Crimson took sharp breath as the voices came crawling back into him mind, this felt so familiar, why was he sacred? It was easy... the red king slowly turn to face the voice behind him, to him right now the world seem different, he wasn't in a City but was at a meeting place, some dark world surrounded by mountains and dead trees... a beautiful silver dragon stood before Crimson, he was tall with sharp features like a cobra { the timess for the waken hassss comessss} The dragon holds out the black dagger in one paw { free yourself from yoursss mortal moral constraintsss, waken Solvexsss as the Crescent blood king...}

Glory would not see the illusion Crimson was seeing, no, her eyes would see the truth of the horrifying monster before them...

Crimson was lost in the Seeker spell like a puppet on a string, he was trying to fight it but he was up against more then just this monster playing with his mind... { that it! Yes! YES! Master you remember? This is what you wanted, what you have been working so hard for... just take it~ } Scarlett hummed to Crimson as she drip on his face, splattering blood on him, the voices also clawed at him beginning him to give in, demanding him to give up, taunting him, mocking him...

The red king hand was trembling as it slowly reached out for the dagger, he opened his mouth to say no but no words came out, he wanted this didn't he? He could become powerful, he be unstoppable, he be a blood god, that was the deal wasn't it? The pay out wasn't that bad, it was easy, he just needed to cut out his own heart and eat it...

"...n-..h-e.." Crimson try to call for help but the words wouldn't come, he couldn't move beside his hand that was reaching out

Hearing the creepy noises again gets Glory to slowly start panicking, especially when Crimson stops. "... Crimson....?! Crimson, we need to-...!!!" she went to say, but then she sees the form of the monster... and screams.
It's a gruesomely grotesque... thing, that's nearly indescribable, other than its warped human-like features, like its long, massive arm that's stretched out to offer the dagger... Not to mention it is surrounded by black birds and cutthroats that swarm around it eerily.
Adding on to that, now there's blood seeping through the visor in Crimson's helmet, too.

"CRIIIIMSOOON!!" Glory shrieks as she tries to squeeze herself over to the other side of the helmet, where Crimson might be able to see her, "CRIMSON, STAY WITH ME!!! PLEASE!!! I DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOU AGAIN!! PLEASE!!! NOT AGAIN!!" She doesn't care if the blood gets on her either, if she can get it off the red king's face as she's moving around, she'd probably view that as a plus...

The Stakes were very high with little resources.

" seriously?!" Dreamcatcher think out loud, it really seem like they had ran right into a trap meant for them more then for the monsters.
There was crystal and fire blocking every Escape route and only left the front and back that both had their not so good options as well, a hord of killer butterflys or a Colossus giant killer bird? Dreamcatcher fired his bow again at the bird, the Arrow pierced the monster making it alter its course, he pulled back his string feeling the strain of his magic in his right arm but now wasn't the time, he had to make his shot count // Catty, I have no idea what you are going on about but I need to focus a little// Catch took aim at the bird and begin to chant his spell but despite Dreameater effort the swarm surrounded them, charcoal than injured butterflys bump into the two boys, some of the smaller butterflys try to grab a hold of them, though the monster were not so much interested in killing them at the moment but that probably change if they were not running for their lives, just right now the smaller ones were looking for anywhere to hide and both boys were putting off darkness.

" W-hoa-a! " Catch flinched right when he released sending his shot wildly into the air "WEAVER LOOK OUT!" he hollered as the bird swoop down and grabbed Dreamcatcher in one foot and Eater in the other

Dreameater growls as some of the butterflies grab on to him, but he still tries to charge ahead the best he can, until the bird swoops down and grabs him. "NOOO!!" He roars, instinctively jerking his head around to try and bite the bird's leg, using his shackled chains to constrict its leg, and impaling the bird with his silver-tipped barbed chains. (Also, since he shifted to his true form while he was still holding Dawn's Sabre in his human hand, he's now got one of his barbed chains curled around it, and is attacking the bird with the sword as well.) Running more off of instinct, though, his temperature starts skyrocketing as well...

Crystal gave Boreas a little nod in response to what he said, but remained rather silent after..
She looked over at Jason when he mentioned Scarlet, knowing he was most likely right.. This was the perfect chance for the sword to get back to Crimson, and she didn’t think Scarlet would pass it up.. The girl was thinking about what Christina said too, but soon paused and looked down at the roof while Arthur spoke.

‘So Soledormir’s doing more than just watching..’ she thought, continuing to listen. “I’m not much of a threat, but I guess it makes sense that they want me dead..” Crystal mumbled, the image of that billboard message coming back to mind. She glanced around at everyone with what the King said lastly.. She didn’t want to imagine that any of them, or any of the others not here, would be used and turned against each other like he implied, the thought was terrifying..

Turning her attention back up to Jason when he spoke, then to Boreas when he replied, the girl gave another little nod to show she agreed.

Jason nodded but Crystal wasn't going to get by him that easily, after fixing up the pink officer the best he could, the shapeshifter put away his medical kit and pushed a button for his drone, it flew over to the human and Elemental " just call Edgar here and he help you out"

The little drone moved like a dragonfly going up and down then side to side.
Jason then got Christina up on her feet, he help held the offer up " Hope? That who did the call right? If she still with C man then let her know we'll be on are way with back up! See if she got any info on location and what we might be in for" he was a sharp boy and had a very good guess that both Boreas and Crystal were connected to someone Fairfin, if not more then one.

The Orange hair shapeshifter glace at Crystal, he worried about her but also held people responsible for their own limits and trust they knew them. " I'll meet you downstairs, I'll go see what up with the Vanguard and the situation" Jason replied and gave a hopeful smile just before using his zipline with Christina

"That's a plan." Boreas agreed with Jason as he zip-lined down with Christina. The Elemental swiveled to look at the little drone as it hovered around. "Edgar, huh...?" He muttered, approaching it and taking some bandages and other medical supplies from it, leaving the rest for later use.
"...I'd like to at least make sure your wounds don't get infected, but if you truly don't want me to, I won't." He said to Crystal,
"And I believe the fastest way down would be flying, if you don't mind being airborne."

"Right. Either way, we'll get back out there as fast as we can." Fiona nodded to Rahab, then followed after Eira as well, watching out for everyone in their little group.

Once within the tent and with Eira's pointing, the boy caught sight of his mother. "Mommy!" His entire demeanor lit up and the two ran to meet each other, his mother scooping him up into her arms. "Oh Axel!! They found you...! It's okay now, sweetie..." She comforted her son.
Then she maneuvered through the crowds to be more face to face with the heroes, "T-thank you so much... I don't know how to repay you... But thank you..." She repeated, obviously very overwhelmed with emotion.

Fiona smiled slightly at the happy reunion, but was a bit distracted when she noticed a Vaseterm medic passing by. "Uh, hey!" The Elemental caught her attention, then pointed to Rahab and herself, "He and I fought some of those shadow monsters and got poisoned by them... Do you have anything for that...?"

The medic paused momentarily, narrowing her eyes in rushing thought, "...That depends... What shadow monsters were you attacked by, specifically...?"

Eira couldn't help but feel joyful for the mother and son as they reunited in one another's arms. It was touching, and she was glad to have been able to help make it happen. //We got to be heroes...//
She blinked at the mother when she thanked Eira, and the shiftress gave a nod and took the lady's hand. "Of course... It's my job," she stated with a smile. She didn't have an official shadow hunter title, but it still felt like her duty to help others. She said goodbyes to the mother and her son then walked over to see what Fiona and Rahab were up to. "Everything okay?"

Rahab was standing next to Fiona and listened to the doctor's response. "Manticore shade. Got scratched by its tail," he replied, then bluntly said, "You have some quick-act antidote or something? We're in a hurry."

"Wh-WHOA AHH!" Dreamcatcher drop his bow and it busted into a mixture of shadows and light as it desummoned, he grimaced and granted as he pushed against the large fingers of the birds feet, trying to free himself.

The giant bird takes Eater and Catch up over the buildings, though Catch wasn't really paying attention to much, the extent of Crimson red crystals was better seen from the sky and just how hard it would have been to actually get to him from the ground.

The red crystals had grown outwards creating a spiked wall, just as if they were meant to keep others out and away. Then there was the swarm of birds circling around the area and in the middle would have been a glimpse of what was taken place down below with Crimson before being whisked off.

From the sky it seem that any of the shades that were in the area were fleeing it.

At first Eater attacks didn't seem to faceit as it seem to be more Focus on getting the two away from Crimson but as the Nightmares attack grew more intense even it had to do something... the giant bird flew closer to the buildings and dragged the foot holding the Nightmare down against it...

"WEAVER!"Catch yelled, he tried to squeezed out of the birds grip or at least enough to do something, what did he have? His arms were pined, so he couldn't summon his sword or draw the one he had on him, what could he do?... what a second it dawned on him, he was in his dark form, he had a few things he didn't in his other form. One of Catch wings was free, he reach up and his Talons stretch to grab the the birds wing on this side, he missed with his first go, getting frustrated he stretched as far as he could and grabbed a hold of its feathers, the jerk of the birds flap yanked Catch's wing, he let out a painful grunt but held on " just come down!" He growled, and his own chains came out to bind the wing more. " Anna! Go for the eyes! We need to get this bird down!"

Rihanna was zipping though the sky keeping up with the bird, when her partner hollered at her she was already taken action, the Fierce tiger when and landed on the birds face and started to mess with its eye, she pulled on its eyelid and boop it with her tail

The bird let out a squawk as it got pulled off balance, it tipped to its side tossing the foot with Eater up as the Side with Catch tipped down, not being able to compensate in time the bird clip a building itself, it try its best to keep going but after hitting other buildings the bird needed to let go or it was going down with them

Being rather worked up already, Dreameater is not paying enough attention to brace himself when he's slammed into the building and dragged across it. He can't even hear Catch's yelling at this point, obviously, all he can hear is the pain he's being put through, and the drum of his instincts in his mind, repeating over and over, and getting stronger with each beating; he wants to kill this bird, he wants to KILL this bird, HE WANTS TO KILL THIS BIRD!!

Letting out a monstrous roar when he's no longer being rammed into buildings, Dreameater changes up how he's using his blazing chains--now he takes his shackled chains and wraps them around the bird's neck, constricting them as much as he can to try and strangle the bird, then with his barbed chains he continuously tries to impale the bird, dig the barbs in as deep as he can, then rip them back out to impale it elsewhere... Fire streaks off of him and down his chains as his temperature rises further, setting the bird's feathers on fire and even melting the ends of some of them...

// at this rate Eater is going to end up in a Frenzy!// The dark moon blood thinks in a panic, if it wasn't for Catch being in him dark form the rising temperature from Eater would be deadly, they were still dangerous but one good thing about Catch dark form was, was Cataclysm was also a pyro so he had some tolerance to heat and on top of that Catch was in a limbo stage between a tormented in this form and was use to taking a beating at this point that only had been gradually increasing his durability to take more in this form.( though Catch doesn't understand all of this about himself)

" EATER! LISTEN TO ME! YOUR GOING TO END UP IN A FRENZY IF YOU KEEP GOING LIKE THIS! PLEASE YOU GOT TO STOP!" Catch yelled trying to reach the Nightmare, they needed to work together, and Catch needed to keep Eater under control for everyone sake.
The bird went to let out a painful squawk but just like a Boa Constructor Eaters chains only got tighter... between the mixture of attacks the bird needed to do something, it now couldn't just let its prey go as they now had a hold of it so it did, the risky thing, if it was going down it take them with it...

The bird couldn't do much for aiming but it really didn't need to, it was going down and it did all in its power to hold gravity's course and held write for building... Catch eyes widened and he did his best to pull the wing he had to try to steer the bird away but with Eater going wild on his end it was a effort the bird was going down... "ANNA GET BACK!" Catch yelled to his partner and braced for impact the best he could in his position.

Everything else happened so quickly the bird collided with the buildings, the force of the impact blacked out Dreamcatcher for a moment...

In moving over to the other side of Crimson face, Glory could see his eye now and how much it didn't look right, in in the poor lighting his ones sapphire blue iris was now dull gray with the edges a bright blood red, however his slit pupil were a milky blue White, the edges of his iris had this same sickly color, but the boys eye as a whole seem to be gloss over, locked in a hypnotizing trance.

" ...G-lo...r-y-?..." the red king breath out, he couldn't see her despite being right in front of his eye, and her voice seem to be a bur, a distant Shout somewhere out in the midst of a Raging Sea of noises.

In getting some of the blood on her, Glory would be able to hear Scarlett voices as long as she didn't speak in the dark language, and right now the blood sword wanted the Fairfin to hear her message// YOU STAY AWAY FROM HIM TOU VALI CREATURE!! YOUR EVIL INFLUENCE CORRUPTS HIM ENOUGH! I'LL TEAR YOU APART FOR THE WICKEDNESS YOU DONE! I WILL FREE THE KING FROM YOUR EVIL INFLUENCE EVEN IF IT ME MY LIFE! // Glory would feel pain from the blood of Scarlett, the wicked sword continue to drip on Crimson face, if she could go faster she would have, she wanted to kill the Fairfin and force the red king to finish the ritual in one way or another...

Scarlett blood ether did one of two things, the part of her closest to Glory headed her way to attack the Fairfin by sticking to her, as the other drops of blood ran towards Crimson open mouth...

Crimson was still locked within the trance, his shaking hand reached out for the black dagger the Silver dragon held out to him, the red king heart pounded in his chest, with every inch his hand draw closer to the black blade that constricted feeling like something grabbing a hold of his heart
from earlier grew tighter "...I-I... d-on't...want...t-o... die...! "

The quiet hissing from Crimson bracelets grew loud and in an instant they flashed making a distorted chime sound, like a loud pop!

With a burst of light Crimson combusted into silvery white flames. Only Glory would be able to see what it looked like from the inside of the armor, a flash of light flooded the inside and followed by sparks as the red veins turned blue, unlike the draining red glow from before, this light would not harm Glory, in fact it would aid her.

Scarlett screamed getting toasted from the white fire, she fell off the red king as fast as she could, the part of her inside Crimson armor boiled and fried.

The Seeker screeched from the sudden burst of light and withdrawal away from Crimson bracelets, the evil birds dropped from the sky being blinded by the Silvery white light.

Crimson let out a painful distorted monstrous Roar, he stumbled back grabbing his head as the fire consumed him, it wasn't long that his voice grew more normal and his head clear enough to be brought back into the present but being Whiplash again and again left the red king confused on his whereabouts or evens if this was real or not, to him it felt more like a nightmare. " W-hat?! What keeps happening?" Crimson gasps out between deep breaths as he held his head, everything was spinning around him or that what what it felt like.

"No! Crimson!" Glory cries, horrified by how Crimson's eye looks. She flinches and squeaks painfully when she feels and hears Scarlett, and while she doesn't really know what is happening, she shouts back, "No, I'm not going to stay away from him!! I want to save him from you!"

The Forgotten lets out another scream and squeezes her eyes shut when light floods the inside of Crimson's helmet, but she soon calms down a little as this light soothes her pain. It even helps to clear her mind a little more, too, and as the evil around Crimson is being driven back momentarily, she quickly perks up again and lightly pats the red king's cheek. "Run, Crimson!! W-we need to get out of here! You need to run!" Glory shouts, trying to look right at his eye.

That all Crimson needed to know, was he needed to run. the red king stumbled at first but he forced himself to move, he didn't look back, he at least knew Scarlett was back there and needed to get away from her, away from her and whatever was making that horrible screeching sounds...

It wasn't long before the red king was in a full run, he raced across the crystals wondering just what all happened, did one of his bracelets come off again? Were was everyone?... we're they still alive? Was that a vision he seen or reality? He hoped that this was just one of his Twisted nightmares, that all he had to do was get though it and he wake up back in the Infirmary, that everything would be fine, that everyone would be alright.

When reaching closer to the end of his crystals they had formed a wall but Crimson didn't stop running towards them, the crystals glowed in a spot, that area opened up making a path way ahead of the red king, the crystals closed up behind him leaving only a small Passage for Crimson to travel through. The only light came from the red king, his red gemstones had a fant glow which cast in erie light on the smooth crystal surface walls, the shadows at first glance could have been mistaking his monsters or something lurking behind a wall of frozen water... Crimson didn't seem to pay any attention and just keep running, soon light broke though and the red king came out of the crystal tunnel... his visor protected his eyes from the shifting lights but he still slowed down for a moment, he was surrounded by strange buildings and structures, this city of stones seem familiar, wasn't it the night before he been somewhere like this? But how did he get here? His memory was buried with a jumbled up collage of things // this has to be a dream or more like a nightmare// he thought but what if it wasn't? Something evil wanted him and he had to find the others, someone from the group, though he only really knew 3 people maybe 4 if he counted Fairfin.
" Glory! * Huff* is there * anyone else * pants * out here? * Huff * were is everyone?" Crimson asked Between breaths as he picked up speed again and kept running, he didn't know were he was going and was hoping that someone was still alive and out there

The Vaseterm shook her head, "Those are new to us. We don't have proven cures readily available. But I can get you two something that might hold it off while we send word to the Vanguard to capture those types for studies." Without another word, she rushed off to do just that--seeing as both this group and herself were in a hurry.

"Better than nothing..." Fiona shifted anxiously on her feet, feeling an immese tension from the need to get moving. She looked to Eira, "Yeah! We're getting something for the poison before we go."

It didn't take long for the Vaseterm medic to return, carrying equipment to extract some of the venom from their wounds, as well as their current antidote to give afterwards.

Morning Glory tries to move around in a way so she's not obstructing Crimson's view anymore; yes, she's still very scared for him... but she at least knows he's in there still, and he needs to be able to see where he's going. Still staying on that side of his helmet, the Forgotten hunkers down and tries to make herself as small as possible.

As the red king runs through the crystal tunnel, Glory grimaces at the reflections she sees, but she doesn't say anything other than a quite whimper. Once he's out and asks her a question, she answers right away, perking her ears and antenna up as she says, "Y-yeah, Weaver is still out here with Catch I'm sure, and Fiona, Crystal, and Captain Boreas are out here too, we... we need to find them! You need help...!"

Crystal observed Edgar the drone a bit when Jason made it fly to them, but then looked back over to the orange haired boy when he continued. She wasn’t sure how to talk to Glory from her end, but she guessed since Boreas said he heard her too he also could talk to her, so maybe she’d be able to ask him about it.

Watching Jason and Christina leave, The girl soon turned her attention to the Elemental next to her when he approached the drone and took supplies from it. Crystal didn’t want to waste time on herself, not while knowing Crimson was out there and in trouble, but she could tell Boreas and Jason were worried about her.. so she looked at the bandages for a moment, then agreed, “Okay.. Preventing infection is important..”

She also then replied to what Boreas said lastly, “And that’s fine, if flying is the quickest way, I’m willing to do it..”

As the giant bird collided with the building not too far away other battle was going on...

The Forsaken Lord known as Rage was in the middle of his own battle with Voids wild shades, the shades were already on the losing end of this fight, they Remnant scattered across the field but without their sanity the remaining shades still came at Rage however he wasn't here for the Shades, he was here to fine and kill Malice...

Which is why Rage is deeper in part of the city, in hearing a familiar voice the Forsaken Lord turned from his opponent to look at who it might be, there he seen a big bird carrying two Nightmares and they all just just crashed into the building"huh?" A thought crossed his mind that one looked kinda like Malice, kinda, it was black, though most Nightmares have black on them but it did have wings which he doesn't remember to many Nightmares having wings for some reason, Malice did and that who he was supposed to kill, what convenience?!

Rage went to go investigate the crash landing but a huge fist slammed into him from behind, the giant ogre he was facing before his distraction however Rage didn't even flinch, he took a direct hit but showed no signs of recoil, the tall man just turned his head " oh, I forgot about you " he simply committed, then just in an instant Rage turn taking his fist and driving into the ogre his knee and completely obliterating it, as the monster stumbled forward Rage took his own knee and drove it into the shades gut, by the sound things were clearly getting broken in side of it, the Forsaken Lord didn't stop their with the ogre hunched over and with no time to recover Rage took both his hands together and lifted them up about the monster and in one quick motion he brought his fist down on the shades head...

Just like that the fight was over, Rage took his arm and wiped his face clean, he stood there for a moment, he had forgotten what distracted him at first but then remembered that right Malice, he got to fine the Nightmare king and kill him for Soledormir, he still wasn't sure why Voids shades were getting in his way but he wasn't there to think about that, he wasn't told to so if they were in his way and they wouldn't move he move them himself.

I’m doing okay. I slept in until 11 this morning, so I wasn’t feeling all that great at first, but that’s kind of starting to wear off now. Other than that I’m alright though.

Crimson pushed himself to keep running, his body ached, it was tired and hungry... he needed magic and after tasting dark magic again it crave more...the red king grimaced, he knew now that wasn't a good idea even though with each step he got father from his crystals his body was begging him to go back, there was magic there, magic that felt good.. Crimson squeeze his eyes shut for a moment and clenched his teeth making a frustrated growl// Just RUN! // he told himself.

In the past Crimson would have told himself he had everything under control but even he knew that wasn't true right now, he wasn't even sure if this was really real or not, he hoped it wasn't...but it seem more real then his other nightmares and he never remember one like this, in a city of stone with mountain tall structures and strange things, the red king wheezed and grimaced " G-glory who closer? "

Dreameater again didn't brace himself for the impact of the bird crashing into the ground--not that it really matters now, the pain is only fueling his hunger more... Being in his true form, which is more armored and sturdy than his human form, he didn't black out like Catch did when the bird rammed into the building, and now the Nightmare completely disregards his own condition the moment he's free from its grasp. Dreameater snarls, swiftly gets up, and leaps up onto the bird as it's trying to recover as well, sinking his teeth into the back of the bird's neck and shaking his head violently to rip it apart, and also to hold on, as the bird just as quickly starts thrashing around to try and get him off. The bird tries to let out a strangled shriek as the Nightmare's first pair of chains are still constricting around its throat, and now his second barbed pair continue to dig deeper into the wounds that were already made.

Jason made it down with Christina, the Vanguard noticed him approaching and helped him out with the wounded officer, the orange hair boy field in the Vanguard with what he knew and they did the same... there was other things happening elsewhere.

" Ethan? Ethan do you copy?" Jason called on the radio but all he got back was static // this isn't a good sign...// right now he had to trust that his friend and everyone back at the Palace was alright, right now they had people to get safety and Crimson to find.

As he waited for Boreas and Crystal The Orange hair boy helped organize the people on the ground

Boreas was in full business mode. He focused on Crystal once she made her response. The Elemental started off using his magic to chill whatever scrapes the girl had in order to ease the pain. Then he applied some medicated ointment to keep it from becoming infected, and lastly, he quickly, yet efficiently bandaged her up. "Now you'll be on the road to recovery while we find Crimson..." He muttered, storing away the small amount of supplies remaining in his bag.

Then he carefully picked Crystal up, ready to fly. “I’m going to try getting through to… Glory, too.” He corrected himself on her name as he lifted off and started their descent. He focused on trying to get reconnected as he flew, //Glory, are you there?//

Morning Glory nervously rubs up against Crimson's cheek when he growls. "Fiona is...!" she replies, still whimpering a little as she glances in the direction she can sense Fiona, but just as she's doing this, her antenna pick up the first call back that she's gotten from someone. The Captain's voice is a little fuzzy with how frantic her mind is, but in her desperation to hear or find someone who can help Crimson, she quickly tries to hone in on him. //Captain!! Captain, is that you?!// Glory almost mentally shouts, then breaks down before she can even get a response, //Please come help Crimson! Th-there's something evil after him, a--a horrible monster, and some kind of blood, and the evil inside him is trying to take over him too, I don't want to lose him again! I already lost him... But... But he came back, he's running away from the monster now, but he needs help! We're trying to reach Fiona, please come and save Crimson...!//

After sending that long message to Boreas, she turns her focus back to the red king for a moment. "... P-please, stay with me Crimson... Please..." she begs, a little quieter, but still just as anxious, then tries to come into just enough view to point in a certain direction. "Fiona's somewhere over there, that way, we just need to get over there... C-can you keep running...?"

Everything was dark and blurred to Dreamcatcher, he laying in the rubble of the of debris from the building, his partner tossed the rocks that she could move off him as she try to call out.

" CAT! "

But Sound was muffled, other than a ringing in his ears, but through the chaos something keep making noise

"CATCH WAKE UP! COME ON CATCH! PLEASE WAKE UP! YOU GOT TO GET UP!" Rihanna patt Catch face with urgency, Eater was going nuts and anyone who knows anything about Nightmares is they go after their former self love ones, and something just told her even with Weaver in their ones Eater was done with the bird, he come right after Weaver brother, Dreamcatcher.

Dreamcatcher moaned and slowly open his yellow eyes " Anna?"
Anna fight back tears when her partner answered " Catch!" She hugs his face but dosen't stay long, " you need to get up! Look!" She then pointed to the battle not far away.
The dark moon blood give a pain smile when Anna hugs him " I think im alright " he then looks to were she pointed and his eyes widened.
Eater had entered the Frenzy, if it wasn't clear by the Nightmares carnivorous brutality, it was his pale pearls that confirmed it, that the Nightmare had lost his mind.

" ah, no " Catch breathe out, he knew this was bad, sure yeah his life was now at risk but what made worse was knowing Weaver was still in their somewhere, having to experience Eater like this.

Dreamcatcher grimaced and pushed himself to get up, it was then he could feel the aches and pains in his body but he didn't have time to look himself over " Anna go into hiding, were not going to have much time " the dark moon blood tells her as he heads over to pillar for cover, he needed to think and his gut told him he wasn't going to have much time

As Boreas got started with the bandaging process, Crystal felt a little awkward simply standing there. “Oh-” she mumbled with a bit of surprise to her tone when her skin started to cool off in the wounded areas. She winced a couple times when the ointment was applied, but kept as still as she could.. She wasn’t really able to help, so she just kind of glanced around out of habit, trying to not let her worries and thoughts get the best of her like they had earlier..

“Thank you,” she said with a little smile once the Elemental was all done, gazing down at the bandages for a moment.

Upon being picked up, Crystal held on and tried to be the least amount of cumbersome, knowing it probably wasn’t easy to have to carry someone through the air like this. She also opted to remain quiet, to let Boreas focus on flying and talking to Glory.

" Fiona? Y-eah, I can " Crimson painted as he ran, he knew that name, she was the one with the odd Echo your voice and though he only got a glimpse of her after he got his eye back, she was giant blue woman with cloud hair, at least he was pretty sure that who Fiona was.

But Right now he didn't care who she was if she was someone in the group, Glory said that way so he kept running.

As Crimson continued running through the Maze of the city his breathing got more harsh and his movements slow down, to almost a stop and was coughing fiercely, the red king placed a hand on the side of the building to balance himself, he was being stubborn, forcing himself to keep going even after his body was just done. // it can't be much farther right?// he try to tell himself, but he was so tired and so hungry for magic...

The red king mind stared to drift to his hungry and how many if he just got a little bit of dark magic he could keep going, having it made him feel better then what he was right now, barely keeping it together, just then Crimson looked up and down the road was a shade just staring at him..

The red king froze, it wasn't out of fear of the monsters, no, it was his own thoughts and body, he wanted to kill it, take its magic for his own, just a little bit, he didn't have a lot of energy left anyway or so his body ached like it didn't have enough // I-I... just this one...//it wanted more, more darkness, his breathing studied out as his posture shifted // I-I need it to keep going...// he wanted to go on the hunt but he didn't move // no! //

Rahab growled as the Vaseterm nurse left, wanting to retort about how the process would probably take too long. He had a job to do, and he couldn't slow down till it was done, not to inconveniences nor injuries. The shifter paced upsettedly, trying to figure out whether to wait or just take off, but he did stay there as she returned and started hooking stuff up. "How long is this gonna take? We gotta get to saving people," he said, almost sounding like an impatient kid at the doctor's office who just wants to run around outside. He basically was at this moment, too... He never liked doctor visits growing up.

Eira watched as the nurse left and then returned to help Rahab and Fiona. "Well, I suppose you two get to be the primary helpers for discovering a new antidote," she teased - partly for laughs and partly to cheer them up. More seriously, she added, "I'm sure a lot of people have been poisoned, so it'll help a lot of them survive."

Jason was talking with a small group of others, a mixture of Vanguards and the locals they help saved, he noticed Boreas and Crystal coming down and excused himself from the group.

" hay Admiral and Freckles I got some good news and bad news, the good news is that the Vanguard say they can spit up and escort the civilians to base camp, they managed a secure route there and will meet up with other group halfway there, with that some offer to come along to help find C man " Jason nodded over to a group of Vanguards staying on guard as the others helped with the civilians in the removal of the caption monsters.

Jason wave the lady's over, their was 4 in total, 3 were in their true forms as one was a rider in her human form " I can tell you guys more on the way but we shouldn't waste to much time in finding your friend if Scarlett out there "

A dark fog begins to drift down from Dreameater's chest...

The bird knows it doesn't have much longer, and thrashing around isn't doing enough to stop the Nightmare from ripping chunks of it and eating them. Nevermind the fact it's quickly losing its strength, being suffocated by those chains for so long... In one last attempt to either get Dreameater off or take him out with it, the bird hobbles over and tries to throw itself at some nearby factorial machinery, in such a way as to ram Eater into it.

The Nightmare collides with the machinery first with a painfully loud thud, then with an explosion, as the impact paired with the extreme temperatures he's giving off ignites the fuel contained within it. Granted, the explosion from the machine itself is relatively small, but the fire from that in turn causes Eater's fog to spark and set ablaze with a black and blue flame, which then spreads to other machines... as if the very air were on fire.

Dreameater seems unscathed by this--or perhaps it would only appear that way at the moment, as he tears off some more of the bird and devours it. But the corrupted bird is dead now, and he hungers for living prey... so the Nightmare turns his nearly black eyes toward the nearest life aura he can sense, and climbs over the bird's flaming body...

Fiona was just about as antsy as Rahab as they waited... Surprisingly, a little less outward about it, though. The internal back and forths of 'getting out there VS safety' were definitely coming back in, however. She smiled faintly at Eira's encouraging words, "...Yeah... This'll be worth it for our us, and other people too." There was still uncertainty, but she tried to remember to have faith in their group.

When the Vaseterm medic returned, she was relatively unphased by Rahab's impatience. "It will go quickest if you work with me." She responded simply, "Now, if you'll show me the area of injection..."
The medic started with extracting some of the poison from each of them--which wasn't the easiest at least for Fiona, as she'd been bitten on her nose... The Elemental squeezed her eyes shut and made an odd expression, having something pressed up against the injury and some of the poison sucked out. Then the Vaseterm would have injected each of them with the antidote, which Fiona also would have squeaked at when poked. It wouldn't cure them, but it was likely these things could both assist in keeping their symptoms under control until a true antidote could be made.

//...That was /weird./// Fiona thought, rubbing her nose a little.

//Got it--we're on our way.// Boreas kept his response to Glory short and simple for the moment. "She just filled me in on a lot." He stated, wanting to share all the details once Jason was there, too. He landed and set Crystal down, noticing the orange haired boy already approaching them. The Captain listened to the update Jason had for them, and gave a wave of thanks to the Vanguards who would be joining them.

"Good--I've got fifty-fifty news to share, too, but we do need to keep moving." The icy Elemental said, looking to Crystal now, "...Do you have experience with contacting Fairfin? We're going to need one of us to keep in touch with Glory."

Crystal couldn’t help but wonder about how bad things were from Boreas’ single statement, but she kept her questions to herself for now.

After landing and being set down, she watched Jason walk their way and listened to what he had to say too. After the explanation, Crystal briefly looked to the group who would come along to help and gave a slight dip of her head to be polite.

The girl then turned to Boreas when he spoke to her about contacting Fairfins. “No, I’ve never tried before,” she started, “But I had planned on asking.. How do you do it?”

Morning Glory scoots back out of the way again so Crimson can keep going, and lightly pats his cheek again to try and comfort him. When Boreas gets back to her again, she quickly replies back with, //Thank you, please hurry...//
After this, she notices how Crimson slows to a stop and how he's coughing pretty bad. "Y-you're gonna be ok..." she mutters to him quietly, but then she also notices what Crimson is looking at, the shade in the distance, and the red king's reaction to it too... "... N... No, Crimson, please! Not again, please, please don't do any of that evil magic again, I don't want you to lose yourself again! Please!!" she starts to beg and cry once more.

Dreamcatcher had been peeking from behind his pillar, seen Eater fog for the first time and how he mercilessly tore into the bird and killed it, it all was a terrifying reminder that Dreameater was indeed a Nightmare...The hair rises on the back of Catch neck and his very spine felt like it was crawling, seen Eater like this was frightening for anyone, especially a Dreamer but even the Nightmare he experienced told him to run, flee, for this was something to powerful to go up against.

The dark moon blood duck behind his hiding place with the explosion and intense Heat, he had reached up and grabbed Anna to Shield her // it's getting really hot in here... // he wasn't sure how much he could actually tolerate he knew it was a lot more in this form but really didn't want to test it out ether, but most of all he worried about Rihanna, he might be able to take the heat in his dark form but Anna, Ann couldn't, this thoughts went back to the forest fire he almost lost her in and Catch wasn't going to let that happen again.

Catch looked for a way out, it was getting harder to make out things with the smoke and fire that was going wild but he could make out a door across the way, he just had to get there and hope it wasn't a dead end... // Anna hold on, I'm going to make a ran for it, we can't go up against Eater here, we'll both die and I won't let that happen//

// Alright, I'll keep an eye on him for you // Anna replied back

Catch didn't waste any time and got in a running position, the world seem to stop as he focus on his breathing, he needed to go fast, Eater was in his true form as he himself was not, 4 legs always beat 2 and though he was fast, in this form he wasn't as fast, he had big wings and thicker armor that slowed him down, he glace at his right hand, should he even consider shifting to his true form? What choices did he have?

// here we go!//Dreamcatcher bolted for the door, in mid run he shifted with a cloud of darkness to his true form, his front leg instantly stung but he had to push though it, in an instant he was to the door but he didn't stop, Catch tucked his head and ram the door with his left shoulder, the door smashed apart, be he didn't stop running

An unearthly roar followed by the sound of chains echoes from behind Catch as Dreameater leaps off of the bird and chases after him, having the alluring taste of his brother's fear filling his senses and driving his frenzy even more. His chains he has stretched before him as if to reach out and grab Catch, the dark fog pours out of his chest as he charges full speed after the prince, and a hiss escapes his chest as he readies himself to blast his prey with fire...

" gotcha " Jason replied with a nodded. He smirked catching on to what Crystal and Boreas were talking about " that Awesome! You're link with a Fairfin, that cool! That some good news exactly now that the radios to the Palace are down right now " Jason did what he tens to do and ramble
He called Edgar back to his bike and he headed over to it, after getting the little drone into place, he looked back at the small group that had formed but his eyes landed on Crystal, he still had concerns for her, a monster just try to kill her and Jason gusse it was more then her being a key hunter but if he leaned anything from his sister was don't judge a girl by their appearance, Crystal had already proved she was a tougher cookies and what she look like and he if he was in her shoes, he knew if they was something going after someone he care about he to would want to save them to " alright, let's load up and head out, we got a red prince to fine " he said, he gestured that Crystal could hop on his bike again or she could go with Boreas.

" we are ready to assist in any way we can " one of the Mares stated, there were two without riders if Boreas and Crystal both wanted a ride.

Rahab twitched and grumbled thw whole way through the poison extraction, clearly not comfortable and wishing he could be on the move. But he still complied, knowing that doing so would probably make things quicker.

Eira waited on them patiently, but she couldn't help but feel a nervousness rising up, and she kept casting glances back at the exit. //I really hope everything is going okay... I don't feel great, and it's making me worry more for everyone...//
She glanced to the nurse as she finished the extractions and antidoting. "Is that all we're needed for?" she queried, checking if there was anything else before they'd all rush off.

Crimson was having a staring contest with the shade, Glory's pleading help hold the voice of reason in his mind, that he didn't want to fall into that trap again, though he didn't remember fully what happened, using dark magic would only lead to worse things.

unlike Crimson, the Shade hadn't moved because it was frightened, but seen the red monster hadn't moved, the Shade stepped backwards before turning tail and running.
The red king stood there for a moment, trying to collect himself, his very body seem to lash out with his choice, he was hungry, he wanted power! Crimson placed a hand to his forehead and screamed with frustration and then continued to cough. The red king felt even more sick as if his body was trying to punish him.

Crimson placed his arm across his stomach, as he went back to holding himself with his other against the wall, he didn't say anything as he stumbled into the closet Alleyway from there he immediately undid his helmet, it hiss stabilizing the pressure, he didn't care, he dropped his helmet and fell to his knees as he vomited... it was not like humans vomited, this was what Crystalgem dragons do

This actually wasn't a bad thing, not in same ways, because what he was throwing up what's a concentrated dark magic his body had absorbed and hadn't changed into energy yet, he still had some in his system that was changed into energy but at least now he got some of it out.

( you get some good rest girl! You deserve it after all that work! :D )

"It takes a lot of concentration. You have to focus your thoughts on talking with her. Without a Fairfin with us, you have to be the one to establish the connection." Boreas explained.

The Elemental raised an eyebrow when Jason mentioned that the Palace radios were down. //Something doesn't want us organizing our efforts.//

With Jason preparing to head out, Boreas approached one of the mares, "A ride would be great assistance, if you would." he asked in a polite, business-like manner. There was a lot that still needed to be spoken about, but they needed to get moving, first.
