So I drew some of my steampunk characters lore :)

Harper is a recruit of an organization called Metronauts, in which her job is to discretely hop around in time to solve otherwise catastrophic events from happening and keep the rhythm of the world going!
[Metro - Taken from "metronome" (the rhythm of time)
Naut - sailor, general word for "traveler"}

Skiddy lives in a TBN city during 1925 where he works in his family's newpaper/postal business, "Stamperton & Co.". He has a younger brother named Louis and an older sister named Victoria!
He is a bit accident prone and almost always on edge, except around his family. He's an easy target for local bullies, and he's been hit by cars a few times, so it's easy to understand.

One day while trying to get away from some dudes ganging up on him, he meets Harper and a few moments later after a panic induced accident he gets sucked through time along with her. Skiddy, not knowing how to properly compose oneself while changing time, gets separated from Harper and ends up getting spit out somewhere, somewhen. He's far from home and all by himself :(

Harper, now feeling so extremely guilty begins her very long search of him to bring him home without disrupting time itself.
However!!!

Not realizing that this is not the first time she's done something like this, eventually runs into a very angry old lady who also happens to be a pirate. With a gun...
