New oc I made! I got some fun facts too!
Her full name is Rosemary, but she usually just goes by Rose. She is a very fiesty person with a firey personality. She hates being called cute, even though she is, and her wardrobe doesn't exactly help either :P
Rose can create fire, but isn't always great at controling it, which can cause problems.
Also the big vs small wings are there because she can make them grow or shrink when needed.
