like, what i hate about my style,,,,, my faces are cartoony and while thats not necessarily bad, i cant exaggerate them in the ways i want to properly prevent same face syndrome and they just never look right on certain characters (case in point, 9O percent of my luchino drawings)
meanwhile, my bodies.... theyre way too detailed/proportionately correct compared to my faces, but they're too sh/t to actually be accurate to real bodies and thus putting my cartoony faces on them doesnt work, and i struggle to cartoonify my bodies in a way that doesnt look strangely stiff
im just so lost and i hate it i cant do anything about anything

i know i could fix it if i just sat down and learned the rules of art, like i said, but again. im just too tired and impatient for that and i'd just be forcing myself and i'd hate every moment of it and i don'y want art to be something i hate doing but GOD im already starting to hate it anyway i cant dtaw the things i want to draw correctly and i cant make anythung look the way i'd like it to and just

i don't know if it gives you any consolation but i think you're doing great my good sir
either way though i hope you catch a nice wind soon so you don't have to stay down in the dumps for so long
imagine the "hang in there" cat poster and feel the power of it coursing through your veins
