Ok, so I was thinking there should be a group of top generals who work directly under Ira, and considering thier devotion to the state I'm gonna call them Archangels.
(It's ironic because they aren't religious)

This would be one of them. It's about time I had a cyborg character.
Still not final on his place in the plot, but I have plans for him to be part of a major plot twist.
