They attack with more simple weapons like clubs, or, I dunno, chucking big boulders at it.

No joke, the stronger the human, the more they'll want to go after them to try to catch them.
Some believe because they go after humans, that's how they got smarter and a bit stronger than normal Zartanians. They absorb their nutrients from them as well as intelligence.

Savage Zartanians are a darker color than the other ones. And they have sharp yeller teef. If you see a Zartanian who looks like that, even for a second, RUN. JUST GO. Even if you think 'Huh, they cute', DON'T. EVEN. They'll chase you down, and you WILL be lunch.

@ShihouxAdventure That's a good idea! D: But juuuuust to be on the safe side, you BOTH should go someplace safe. Allorek could hold her own, but it may take another Zartanian to succefully drive off a Savage one! :'o

Is there any specific characteristics that are required for them to be considered "Zartanian"? Any color schemes they have to be? Do they wear anything specific?

@-blake- To answer the first question, Zartanians is a play-on-word of Spartan. So they're like Spartans, except they're bit barbaric a bit uneducated. Most you meet would talk like, for example: "Me Midu! Strong Zartanian warrior! Challenge if dare, Midu crush you!" Unless yours is the type that takes a hankering to studying rather than battle.

Zartanians typically have blue skin ( Unless they were born from someone not of their kind. But they'd still keep their Zartanian parent's hair/eyes ), white hair, and black eyes with yellow pupils. They usually have a muscular frame, even females.
They wear parts of armor they took, and mostly ragged clothes. o/

Deviljho, (pronounced Devil-joe), a monster in the Monster Hunter universe known for both its violence and its constant, insatible hunger. It looks like a prickley green T-Rex. Also has Dragon element breath attacks. There's also an even more vicious variant known as the Savage Deviljho.
