well im not looking for anything to draw, i keep doing the same things all the time and drawing is one of them and i need something refreshing that isnt just me sitting and staring at something, yknow?

Ah..... I think I get it, something new in real life...
The best help I could try giving is finding what you like to do; avoid whatever pulls you to any screen. (unless you HAVE to, or are using a a device to find something new)
Honestly, if that's it: I wish you luck, needing to "find more" is a... rough thing to work through..
